Customer Journey Map
Drop every touchpoint a customer meets, from first awareness through advocacy, onto one map. Tag each one as managed (you control it) or earned (it happens on its own), and see at a glance where your journey depends on your own effort and where it doesn't.
Nothing to sign up for. Your map saves in your browser, and you can download it as an image or print it.

Ad Launch Readiness Checklist
Eight questions covering your customer, your journey, your message, and your tracking. Answer each one Yes, Maybe, or No and you get a 0 to 100 readiness score, a tier that tells you where you stand, and a short list of the answers to fix before any money goes into an ad.
Most ads don't fail because of the creative. They fail because one of these pieces was never in place.

The 3-Question Test for Hiring and Dating
The EOS GWC test asks three things about any person in a seat: do they get the role, do they want it, and do they have the capacity to do it. It is one of the fastest ways to find out whether the person in a role is actually the right one.
Rebecca walks through how the test works for a hiring decision, and why it applies just as well outside the office.
